No Dogs or Outside Animals! Guide, Service or Signal Dogs accompanying an owner ONLY. Emotional Support, Therapy Animals, and puppies are not ADA Service Animals. Service Dog fraud is a crime.
A service animal can be excluded from any ADA Title II or III public service or accommodation if any of the following situations exist:
- The dog is out of control and the handler cannot get the animal under control; or
- The dog is not housebroken.
We also have the right to refuse any pets whose function is not that of a service animal. All service, signal or guide dog owners will be required to fill out a form approved by the ADA acknowledging their dog is in fact a service, guide or signal dog and state the service their dog provides.

(b) As used in this section, “owner” means any person who owns a guide, signal, or service dog, or who is authorized by the owner to use the guide, signal, or service dog.
