You may arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your time slot to set-up. Your party area must be cleaned up and vacated by the end of the scheduled time slot. Failure to do so will result in a $75 fee to your credit card.
Barnyard Birthday Party:
- 20 - 60 people
- Birthday Child and Two Adults are Free!
- Children Under 2 Free!
- A private shaded area with picnic tables, serving tables, trash and recycling receptacles.
- A private Tractor Drawn Wagon Ride around the farm for all your guests.
- Birthday child gets a Birthday Button and one free Large Bag of Gemstones or Fossils.
- Tickets for you and your guests to enjoy activities on the farm.
- A Commemorative Group Photograph.
- Free Parking for your guests and a VIP parking spot for the birthday family.
- A Birthday Party Host to help you.
Barnyard Parties take place in a shaded area which has eight 8' picnic tables, and four 8' serving tables, as well as trash and recycling receptacles.
Red and white checkered tablecloths will be provided for all tables. If you would like to bring your own tablecloths, they must be secured with clips or tape - not staples.
Pony Paddock Birthday Party Packages Include:
- 60 - 200 people
- Birthday Child and Two Adults are Free!

The Pony Paddock is a larger, private picnic area located behind the Barnyard birthday party area. It is designed to host larger parties and/or groups that require additional time, with it's own parking lot and separate entrance.
Pony Paddock Birthday & Event Parties take place from 9pm - 12pm and 2pm - 5pm and have a 3 hour minimum package. This area comes with fourteen 8' picnic tables, four 8' serving tables, trash and recycling receptacles, as well as three grass lawns.

All parties begin with a tractor-drawn wagon ride around the farm for all your guests. Wagons leave promptly at the start of your party so advise your guests to arrive 15 minutes early. Parties have the option to add-on a private horse-drawn wagon ride for an additional charge.
Guests can visit the Animal Center and participate in ticketed activities. Ticket amounts are dependent on the package that is chosen.

You may bring in your own food (we have a refrigerator to store your birthday cake), order food to be delivered, or have your event catered.

Customers are not allowed to bring their own personal barbeques however, if your caterer would like to cook/prepare food on the farm you must provide us with a copy of their Accord $1M Public Liability Insurance Certificate (COI) with the following information listed on the certificate as additional insured.

We understand that you have a special theme in mind for your party and you may bring tablecloths, tablecloth holders, balloons, party favors and eating utensils to match your theme.
You are welcome to decorate your area using tape, push-pins and string to hang your decorations - staples, confetti, silly string and party-poppers are not allowed. We also have a reserved parking spot to honor your child on their special day and wagons to help you unload the car.
To protect our animals and the environment, we encourage you to thoroughly clean up at the end of your party. Failure to properly clean the area will result in a $75.00 clean-up fee charged to your credit card at the end of your party. Thank you for your cooperation.

One of our friendly party team member will be on hand to greet you and your guests upon arrival. They will help you unload your car and set up your party. The team member will check in your guests and put on their wristbands at the time of arrival.
We are an outdoor location and rain on the day of, or even the day before your party, can be a spoiler. If there is bad weather in the forecast, we will discuss this with you the week of your party. The amount of rain and when we get it will determine if the farm will be open or closed and if we will be cancelling your party. Your party/event may be cancelled that morning. You may also decide not to take the chance and choose to cancel yourself. In either case, if rescheduling is not an option for you, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Yes, we do.
- Parties can only transfer a reservation 1 time.
- The transfer must be made, prior to, or within 1 week of the originally reserved date.
- If the transfer has not been finalized after 1 week, from the original reservation date, the party will be canceled.
- Our policy does clearly state that deposits are non-refundable.

Alcohol, smoking & vaping are not allowed within the gates of Underwood Family Farms, though smoking/vaping may take place in the parking lot.
Dogs are not allowed on the farm.
To make a reservation, please click on "Book Now!" at the top of this page. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking so please have your credit card on hand. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover. The balance due at the end of your party must be paid via credit card or in cash. Checks are not accepted. The booking calendar closes 2 weeks in advance of that particular date.
