Additional Information:

• You may arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time of your party to set up and decorate.
• Balloons are allowed within your party space, however, for the safety of our animals they are not permitted into the Animal Center.
• We do not allow confetti or piñatas on the farm.
• Your party area must be cleaned up and vacated by the end of the scheduled time slot.
• Failure to do so will result in a $75 Late Fee.
• Time slots and pricing may change at any time.
• All children will be given a wristband upon arrival to the farm and a parents will be given a sticker. This is required to receive free admission.
• Any guests without a wristband/sticker are not permitted within the Barnyard Party or Pony Paddock Spaces.
• Do not bring any outside feed for the animals.
• You may bring in your own food, order food to be delivered, or have your event catered. Liability Insurance: Any outside vendors, or anyone cooking/preparing food on the farm must provide a copy of their Accord $1M Public Liability Insurance Certificate (COI) with the following listed on the certificate as additional insured: Underwood Family Farms, LP 3370 Sunset Valley Road, Moorpark, CA 93021 (805)529-3690 - (805) 529-6037 fax.
• Alcohol, smoking and vaping are not allowed within the gates of the farm.
• Dogs are not allowed on the farm.
• Parties/Events may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions.
• Cash or Credit Card Only
• Non-refundable deposit required
• Parties are 3 hours only. Extensions dependent upon availability for $100/30 min. No extensions after 5:30pm
