A box of farm fresh produce! In an effort to offer more variety we may include items acquired from other local farms or our sources.
We are excited to offer:
- Pickup at either our Somis or Moorpark location (please select your LOCATION and REQUESTED PICKUP DATE** before you proceed to the checkout process ONLY if you are picking your box up) All orders not picked up within 48 hours of the pickup date indicated in your order will be donated to Food Share.
- FedEx Shipping – anywhere we ship our Gift Baskets
Please read all of the following information before you order, as you know conditions are changing daily and we are doing our best to meet your expectations and streamline the order process so we can keep up with the growing demand:
**The Requested Pickup or Shipping Date must meet the following criteria:
- We need a minimum 48 hour lead time from your order date/time stamp.
- If you place your order AFTER 11:59pm PST, your order will not be available for pickup or shipment until 9:00am the day after the 48 hour lead time. If you are shipping via Fedex and ordering after 11:59pm on Tuesday, it will not be shipped until that following Monday.
- The date field updates every day at 12:00am, however depending on your browser settings – which we cannot control – the date may not update properly if the web page is “saved” on your computer/phone/device. Please help us out by selecting the right day to prevent confusion. In the event that you do pick a date that is not within these parameters, we will email you to let you know when your box can be picked up/shipped.**

Shipping and pickup options are subject to change during the current National and County Declared Emergency. Due to high demand, we cannot offer home delivery or custom orders at this time.
Farm pickup limited contact procedure:
- Remain in your car.
- Call (805) 529-3690 Moorpark or (805) 386-4660 in Somis to let the team member know of your arrival. Please be patient as our customer volume has increased.
- Describe your car including color, make and model and exactly where you are located. In Moorpark, there are 2 designated spots for Limited Contact pick-ups. If the spaces are occupied, please follow the instructions above.
- Stay in your car and show your ID or invoice through the window. The team member may take a photo to confirm pickup.
- If someone other than the person ordering the box is picking up for you, please indicate their name in the order notes and have them show their ID or invoice if they have it.
- Unlock your vehicle, pop the trunk or hatch of your vehicle and the team member will load it in to your car. If it does not open automatically, the team member may need to open your vehicle.
FedEx shipping, all FedEx orders received after 11:59pm on Tuesday will be shipped out on the following Monday – please pick an appropriate delivery date of at least Tuesday. **There are no options for weekend FedEx delivery at this time.** Underwoods is not responsible for FedEx delivery protocols, please visit FedEx website for more information. Due to the variance in weight of the items and the change in the selection every two weeks, weight and therefore, shipping may fluctuate.
